While some folks in the photography and videography world may get bogged down with spreadsheets and number crunching, I like to keep things simple and straightforward. I offer a flat rate for each of my services, and I'm upfront about what's all-inclusive.

I determine my pricing based on the value I see in the work, not just the hours on the clock. If I'm passionate about capturing weddings, I don't mind if your wedding day extends the hours. Why complicate things with extra charges when all I really need is some good food and a chance to join in on a dance or two? It's my way of keeping things fresh, exciting, and stress-free for both of us.

Currently, my pricing is quite competitive. However, for events outside a 100-mile radius of Cedar Rapids (which entails a drive of 2+ hours), additional travel costs will apply. These travel expenses are calculated based on fuel consumption and travel time, as well as how late I will be needed, and will be discussed and estimated in the final contract.

For weddings that necessitate air travel, I kindly request the couple to cover the costs associated with the flight, ground transportation, and a minimum two-night stay at a hotel, Airbnb, or an alternative lodging option. I'm flexible! The exact amount of this fee can vary depending on the wedding location and will be discussed and estimated in the final contract.
